Senior Care Connections

Ages 67+

KFM takes great care to ensure that a viable support system is available for its members who are 67 and older.  We maintain a list of volunteer “care helpers” to serve our Seniors and work alongside family caregivers when possible.  Our care helpers conduct “well-being” checks by phone or in person when possible, assist seniors with daily living activities (when practical) make homebound/nursing home visits, and ensure that KFM’s senior population receives all ministry information and services in a useful form and format.

The Member Care team coordinates with the Hospitality Ministry to ensure that Seniors are provided with any form of reasonable accommodations needed during Worship Services and all other services/activities, to the greatest extent possible.
